En KIKO MILANO seguimos impulsando nuestro crecimiento en LATAM a través del modelo de franquicias. Buscamos un/a Franchising Retail Marketing Coordinator para coordinar la estrategia de marketing y apoyar a nuestros partners en la región, asegurando consistencia de marca, visibilidad y excelencia en la ejecución.Principales responsabilidadesCoordinar la implementación de la estrategia global de marketing con franquicias LATAM.Gestionar acciones de PR, comunicación, media e influencers los partners locales.Supervisar la estrategia y contenido de RRSS adaptado a cada mercado.Con los partners locales, coordinar campañas, activaciones, lanzamientos y materiales en punto de venta.Con los partners locales, organizar eventos, inauguraciones y acciones especiales.Analizar resultados de campañas y reportar a equipos globales.Qué buscamos: Experiencia sólida en marketing generalista (PR, Media, RRSS, Trade Marketing y eventos).Conocimiento y experiencia en mercados LATAM (imprescindible).Experiencia en retail, belleza, moda o FMCG.Inglés fluido (C1).Persona proactiva, organizada y con visión 360º de marketing.Ofrecemos: Incorporación a una marca internacional en expansión en LATAM.Rol estratégico con alta visibilidad y coordinación multicountry.
