The Marketing Hub is a digital B2 B marketing agency working with global technology companies, telecommunications carriers, and software start-ups to deliver high-impact demand generation programmes focused on measurable pipeline and revenue growth. We are looking for a B2 B Campaign Manager – Demand Generation & Performance to join our Madrid team. This role is responsible for managing and delivering integrated B2 B marketing campaigns across digital, performance, telemarketing, and client events, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of B2 B demand generation campaigns across online and offline channels. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing initiatives (paid media, lead generation, ROI-driven campaigns). Coordinate creative, digital, telemarketing teams, and external suppliers. Manage campaign timelines, priorities, budgets, and profitability. Lead the planning and execution of client-facing B2 B events, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. Work closely with Programme and Account Directors to ensure high-quality delivery and commercial success.Requirements3–4 years of experience as a Campaign Manager, preferably within a B2 B marketing or digital agency. Experience working with technology, IT, Saa S, or telecommunications clients. Strong understanding of demand generation and performance marketing KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROI, pipeline contribution). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Valid working permit in Spain (mandatory).What We OfferHybrid working model: 3 days at our Madrid office / 2 days remote. Salary range: €30,000 – €35,000 gross/year, depending on experience. International clients and multi-country B2 B campaigns.
