In this role, you’ll drive scalable, high-impact solutions across our Workday ecosystem and other HR platforms, helping to optimize the full scope of People Operations. We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who thrives on identifying process improvements and turning them into effective Workday configurations. If you’re passionate about leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience, this is your opportunity to make a real difference at a fast-growing, innovative company.What you will doAct as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday HCM, providing day-to-day support across business processes, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and system enhancementsLead the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Workday configuration updates, new modules, and integrations to support evolving business needsPartner cross-functionally with teams including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize enhancements that align with MoonPay’s people technology roadmap and business goalsParticipate in Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionalityPerform data uploads and mass changes using tools like EIBs, and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security across all processesAnalyze system gaps and inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and implement process improvements that enhance scalability and operational excellenceSupport key People programs (e.g., performance cycles, compensation reviews, and talent calibration) through configuration, data analysis, reporting, and troubleshootingEnsure all Workday-related solutions are well-documented, scalable, and aligned with business processes and compliance standardsStay current with Workday product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously grow expertise and improve system performanceAssist with the smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring data accuracy and system readiness for new hires and departing employeesIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and processes across People Operations, optimizing efficiency and maximizing team productivityDevelop and regularly maintain internal knowledge base articles and resources to empower employees to be self-directed and successfulWhat you'll be working onYou will be collaborating with our HR Systems Lead and our People Operations Manager to roll-out Workday and process improvement, getting the chance to configure and improve core elements of system architecture (e.g. Compensation Plans, Benchmarking, Competencies etc.). You’ll provide punctual support to the People Operations team, and not be afraid to get hands on when required.About You3+ years experience of Workday configuration - with a balanced expertise across multiple modules, including Core HCM. Ideally, you’ve managed major employee lifecycle eventsExperience with troubleshooting integrations to downstream systemsKnowledge of long-term Workday best practicesGood understanding of People Operations processes (onboarding, contract management, offboarding etc.)A self-motivated, great attitude team playerBachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Business Administration, HR or ITMost importantly , though, you will embody the core principles that everyone here at the MoonPay lives by.
