As an Art Producer at Univrse, you will:
- Oversee the entire production process of art assets, ensuring that artistic vision aligns with projects’ goals and timelines.
- Be responsible for continuous improvement of workflow and production pipeline.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and project managers to develop projects’ scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate the Art team.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth workflows and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on art assets throughout the production cycle.
- Assist in the hiring and mentoring of art interns and junior team members.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as an art producer or an Art Lead in a similar role within the gaming or animation industry.
- Strong understanding of various art styles, techniques, and tools utilized in game development.
- Understanding of optimisation techniques, technical limitations, and mobile development.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- High level understanding of the whole art workflow from asset creation to technical art, shaders, animations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming production challenges.
- A passion for emerging technologies and a desire to innovate in the XR space.
