Transformation Project Manager

We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers. Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission: The Project Manager – Transformation Office is responsible for leading and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives that enable organizational change, process improvement, and innovation. This role will manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring execution excellence, effective stakeholder alignment, and successful change adoption across the business. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels. Your responsibilities:Project Management & Execution Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives in line with strategic objectives. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders. Manage project plans, budgets, milestones, resources, and risks. Ensure timely and quality delivery, using structured methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). Report progress, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with the transformation portfolio governance. Stakeholder Management & Communication Engage and align with senior executives, department heads, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed communication plans tailored to different stakeholder groups. Facilitate governance meetings, provide clear updates, and manage expectations. Promote collaboration across functions and foster stakeholder commitment to change. Change Management & Business Transformation Partner with HR, internal communications, and change leads to define and implement change strategies. Support the organization in adopting new ways of working, technologies, or processes. Identify change risks and resistance, and apply mitigation tactics to ensure business continuity. Reinforce adoption through training, communication, and continuous engagement. Process Improvement & Innovation Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose improvement opportunities. Drive operational excellence by integrating best practices and new approaches. Support the deployment of automation, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Strategic Thinking Translate business strategy into executable transformation roadmaps. Analyze business needs, assess change impact, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic value. Provide insights and recommendations that influence leadership decision-making. Monitor external trends and benchmarks to ensure alignment with industry best practices. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus. 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in business transformation or consulting. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Full professional proficiency in English (at least a C1 level). Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. Strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with attention to operational detail. High adaptability and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project and reporting tools (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.). What can you expect from Fluidra?
