We foster a culture of innovation and constant challenge, empowering our team to grow, experiment, and drive impactful solutions.We’re looking for a passionate Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic Platform Engineering team. This role is central to evolving and optimizing our development and operational tools, ensuring the seamless deployment, management, and monitoring of applications across both on-premise and cloud environments. You’ll collaborate across departments, shaping roadmaps and delivering impactful initiatives during an exciting growth phase for Clavium.Day to day: Capture and validate platform and infrastructure requirements elicited from a variety of technical and business stakeholders. Translate platform roadmap initiatives into well-defined user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. Work with Agile engineering teams to set sprint goals, ensuring the delivery of customer value through iterative development. Participate in team demos and retrospectives to drive feature delivery and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Managers and other Product Owners to align program and iteration backlogs with business priorities. Partner with cross-functional teams—including design, architecture, security, and user enablement—to drive product alignment. Turn data insights into actionable product features to enhance user outcomes. Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in CI/CD, observability, security, and platform orchestration. What we’re looking for from you: Experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in a software or technology-driven environment. Strong technical knowledge of software development, cloud infrastructure, or web technologies. Proven experience working with Agile teams on large-scale software development projects. A customer-focused mindset, supported by a strong understanding of design thinking principles. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail and personal accountability. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences. (Desirable) Knowledge of public and private cloud platforms, such as OpenStack, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS. Interview Process: Our interview process consists of; a short call with our internal talent team, followed by a 1 hour technical interview and finally a 1 hour competency interview. Our talent team will be there to give guidance and support you through the process.
