Job Role

As part of the recent Identity Access Management Target Operating Model (IAM TOM) implemented by Allianz Technology, the setup of the new IAM Business Operations function (IAM BizOps) is now to be operationalized. Therefore, AZT is searching for a Senior IAM Business Operations Expert to drive and steer the overall operations of the business function while also managing the financials and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership:
    1. Develop and execute operational strategies for IAM Business Operations that align with Allianz's company-wide objectives.
    2. Drive growth through operational excellence and continuous improvement.
    3. Identify essential competencies across Business Operations and implement targeted training and upskilling programs to enhance team capabilities.
    4. Act as a change champion, driving and supporting change initiatives within IAM operations.
  2. IAM Operations & Compliance:
    1. Oversee global enforcement and execution of IAM Target Operating Model (TOM).
    2. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for IAM operations.
  3. Performance Management:
    1. Manage the performance of the IAM Business Operations function globally, including tracking and reporting of performance metrics.
    2. Utilize data analytics to gain insights into areas for improvement.
    3. Implement improvements to optimize the efficiency, security, and performance of IAM operations.
    4. Oversee the financials of IAM Business Operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and global cost management.
    5. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  4. Operational Excellence:
    1. Promote best practices and continuous improvement in IAM operations.
    2. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IAM technologies.
    3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM operations.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Identity Access Management or IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  3. Proven experience managing global IAM processes and operations.
  4. Strong experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Requirements / Skills / Experience
  1. Previous experience leading global IAM operations for a large multinational organization.
  2. Experience working with IAM technologies, tools, and security practices.
  3. Certification in IAM-related standards or frameworks (e.g., CISM, CISSP).
