Position: Contract Management Trainee

As a Contract Management Trainee, you will assist in the following activities:

  • SubEPC Contract Support: Assist in managing, negotiating, and administering SubEPC contracts for PV and wind power construction projects, coordinating closely with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, and Legal teams.
  • Internal Coordination: Support internal coordination for all SubEPC contract-related matters during the preparation, negotiation, signing, and construction phases.
  • Record Management: Help organize and maintain records of official correspondence with subcontractors and clients after contract signature.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist in ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Deadline Tracking: Support the tracking of Main Contract deadlines and terms as they apply to SubEPC contracts to minimize potential risks.
Qualifications:
  • You have an undergraduate degree or finished studies in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a comparable course of study.
  • You are advanced in MS Office.
  • You are business fluent in English and Spanish; any other language such as Portuguese, German, French and/or Italian is a plus.
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are a proven team player.
