As part of our European expansion strategy, we have recently launched our presence in Spain by opening an office in Madrid . We are now looking for a Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling our commercial performance in the Spanish market. Manage and coach the existing Sales and Pre-sales team. Drive the commercial strategy in Spain, aligned with corporate growth objectives and go-to-market priorities. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, covering prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and deal governance. Establish and strengthen C-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts. Coordinate closely with delivery, solution architects, and pre-sales to ensure high-quality proposals, and successful handover to delivery teams. 10–15+ years of experience in IT services / technology consulting, ideally with exposure to Cloud services and digital transformation engagements. ~ Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, including complex deal management and long sales cycles. ~ Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales and/or pre-sales teams, with a strong coaching mindset. ~ Existing professional network in Spain, ideally across relevant industries and decision-makers. ~ Native/fluent Spanish is required. English is strongly preferred; Italian is a plus. A high-impact role with full commercial ownership in Spain, within a fast growing international company.
