We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer specialized in Wireless who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, that is a global leader in the financial sector.Location: 100% Remote (Spain-based candidates only)️ Language: High level of English requiredRequired Skills:Enterprise WiFi Technologies:- In-depth knowledge of major wireless vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper/Mist, Meraki) - Experience with design, deployment, and management of enterprise-level wireless networks - Hands-on experience with WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)Wireless Security:- Strong understanding of wireless security protocols (WPA2-Enterprise, WPA3, 802.1X) - Extensive use of Identity Services Engine - Familiarity with authentication methods such as RADIUS and EAP - Experience implementing segmentation and securing guest wireless networksNetwork Troubleshooting & Optimisation:- Extensive wireless troubleshooting using tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar - Spectrum analysis and RF troubleshooting - WiFi site surveys (predictive and onsite), heat mapping, and performance tuningGlobal & Multi-site Deployments:- Experience rolling out wireless networks across multiple offices or countries - Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations for wireless (e.g., DFS, channel limitations per region) - Familiarity with WAN/MPLS/SD-WAN integration for wireless backhaulAutomation & Monitoring:- Knowledge of WiFi monitoring platforms, SNMP, syslog, and logging systems - Experience with automation scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.) for network management tasksNetwork Infrastructure Fundamentals:- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and routing protocols - Familiar with integration of wireless networks with existing LAN/WAN infrastructureCapacity Planning & High Density:- Experience in designing for high-density environments (e.g., trading floors, auditoria) - Planning for capacity, user segmentation, and seamless roamingCompliance & Documentation:- Familiarity with industry security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) - Strong documentation skills and experience in creating network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational guidesSoft Skills:- Excellent communication with both technical/non-technical stakeholders - Experience working in regulated financial environments and awareness of associated compliance obligationsDesirable Certifications:- CWNA/CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional) - Cisco CCNP Enterprise (with Wireless or ENWLSD/ENWLSI focus) - Aruba ACMP/ACMX - Other vendor-specific wireless certificationsWork schedule- 8-17 Monday/FridayWhat can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary daysNumerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible ́ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan...)Free access to several training platformsProfessional stability and career plansUST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime...)UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discountsIf you would like to know more, don't hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to fill you in detail.
