IT Project Manager

We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and motivated IT Project Manager to join our IT Team.Main Responsibilities:As an IT Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:- Ensure the rigorous monitoring and effective execution of the ERP project from the IT area, with a priority focus on plant and warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement, operational traceability and cross-functional efficiency in the organization.- Lead the ERP project monitoring from within the organization, ensuring the proper collection, documentation and implementation of the requirements of the different departments, as well as the planning and management of meetings with the areas involved to ensure the correct functional and technical alignment in each phase of the project.- Ensure the correct evolution of the ERP, from the start-up to the stabilization and continuous improvement phases, maintaining the internal control of the project.- Manage relevant IT tasks of IT validation process documentation, ensuring a quick response and internal coordination.- Analyze, design and implement process improvements in ERP modules related to operations, quality, logistics and maintenance.- Collaborate in the internal validation processes of the ERP system according to GxP standards, in coordination with the IT validation team.- Coordinate internally the functional and technical teams involved in each phase of the project, promoting an agile and results-oriented work methodology.- Collaborate with the technical and functional documentation of ERP processes, ensuring traceability.- Participate in strategic digitalization initiatives involving operational systems or integrations with other internal systems.Assessment Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.- Fluent in Spanish and English.
