The role of the Crew Booker aims to ensure the achievement of daily objectives by receiving goals from the Crew Manager and making adjustments when necessary to guarantee the success of operations.ResponsibilitiesCreating events in Ravkal (personnel management software); Planning and coordinating teams together with the Crew Manager; Gathering necessary personnel data; Document management; Monitoring working hours, holidays, sick leave, and vacations for both permanent and seasonal staff, in collaboration with HR; Managing PPE (personal protective equipment) for personnel handled by the Crew department; Managing accreditations for all workers; Carrying out CAE (Coordination of Business Activities); Analyzing costs and managing subcontractor invoicing; Monitoring team performance together with event managers; Communication with HR; Coordinating between different departments: Project Manager, Construction Manager, Logistics, etc. Qualifications English MS Office Experience in the Events sector
