Qualified Solicitor Opportunity to join a growing international organisation specialising in international commercial recoveries & trade advisory servicesRecovery Advisers is a fast-growing, internationally active firm of lawyers operating from 16 countries, with a strong reputation in international commercial recoveries, receivables restructuring, and trade advisory services for exporters, credit insurers, and trade financiers.As we set up our Spanish office, we’re looking for a commercially minded Spanish-qualified lawyer/solicitor to join our team. This is a remote-working role with flexibility for full-time, part-time or non-traditional working arrangements, and offers a rare opportunity to be part of our strategic development in the Spanish speaking legal market.The Role We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor tosupport our growing Spanish operations. You will work on a diverse, commercially focused caseload that includes:Correspondence with Spanish clients and debtorCommercial litigation and dispute resolutionWinding-up proceedings and insolvency-related mattersSettlement negotiation and deal structuringDrafting and delivering legal opinions on the status and enforceability of contracts, collateral and security arrangements.What We’re Looking ForSpanish-qualified lawyer/solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolutionConfident handling settlement negotiations, court proceedings, and client advisory workExperience with international commercial recoveries, trade credit insurance or trade finance is an advantageRight of audience before the courts of SpainHaving a licence in SpainHaving a licence licence in Portugal or Spanish speaking countries is an advantageWhat We OfferRemote-first role – work from anywhere in SpainFlexible or part-time working consideredA collaborative, international team with deep sector expertiseThe opportunity to help shape our Latin American expansion and regulatory evolutionDiverse, multinational client base with often complex, high-value matters#J-18808-Ljbffr
