Recicla chatarra férrica para producir acero en hornos de arco eléctrico, usando la tecnología más sostenible y la más eficiente energéticamente.Buscamos incorporar a un/aRisk & Internal Control Internpara realizar las prácticas universitarias con nosotros en el equipo de Internal Audit & Risk Control, en la sede central del grupo ubicada enCastellbisbal (Barcelona).Tus funciones principalmente serán: Apoyar en la verificación de controles internos y en la recopilación de datos relacionados con riesgos estratégicos, contribuyendo a la mejora continua del sistema de gestión de riesgos de la organización.Verificación de controles internos Revisar la existencia y correcta aplicación de controles definidos para mitigar riesgos operativos, financieros y estratégicos. Documentar evidencias de cumplimiento o desviaciones. Participar en pruebas de efectividad de controles (test de diseño y test de funcionamiento).Captura y análisis de datos de riesgos estratégicos Recopilar información relevante de fuentes internas (entrevistas, reportes, KPIs) y externas (mercado, regulaciones). Registrar datos en herramientas de gestión de riesgos (Excel, Power BI, software específico). Apoyar en la modelización del comportamiento de riesgos mediante matrices de impacto/probabilidad y simulaciones básicas y/o complejas (modelo Montecarlo, redes bayesianas).Apoyo en la documentación Colaborar en la elaboración de informes de seguimiento de riesgos. Mantener actualizada la base documental de controles y riesgos.Colaboración transversal Interactuar con distintas áreas (producción, calidad, finanzas) para entender procesos y riesgos asociados. Participar en reuniones de revisión de riesgos y controles.Perfil que requerimos: Estudiando Ingeniería, ADE, Economía, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar. Posibilidad de realizar convenio de prácticas (curriculares y/o extracurriculares) con la universidad. Conocimiento de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, SQL, Python o similares) o disponibilidad para aprenderlos. Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y pensamiento crítico. Capacidad para analizar datos y modelizarlos. Proactividad y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico.¿Qué ofrecemos? Trabajar en una importante multinacional del sector industrial.
