You will be part of idealista's legal team, working closely with different areas (business, marketing, compliance, and public affairs) to anticipate, analyze, and manage legal challenges related to competition and digital market regulation.Haga clic en "Solicitar" a continuación para enviar su candidatura. Asegúrese de que su CV está actualizado y de que ha leído primero las especificaciones del puesto.Advising on Competition Law matters, including merger control and other proceedings before national and EU authorities.Monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments affecting the digital and real estate sectors (DSA, unfair competition, advertising, consumer protection, and other sectoral frameworks).Supporting corporate and transactional projects with competition or regulatory implications.Contributing to the development and implementation of internal compliance programs and training.Experience: between 4 and 6 years of experience in competition or EU law, ideally acquired in a top-tier law firm (Spain or Brussels) or within a tech or regulated company.Education: Law degree. Postgraduate studies or a Master's in Competition Law or EU Law.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
