AtRevlon, a leading multinational cosmetics company, we are seeking a Finished Goods (FG)Supply Managerto oversee the end-to-end finished-goods supply chain.This role is responsible for managing inventory, production schedules, and logistics to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing costs and service levels.The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, thereby contributing to a resilient and efficient supply chain.Key Accountabilities:1. Supply Chain Management & Inventory Control Develop and implementfinished goods supply plansaligned with demand forecasts and business objectives Monitor inventory levels to preventstockouts and excess inventory, maintaining optimal safety stock Manageproduction schedulesand coordinate with manufacturing and co-packing partners to ensure timely product availability Identify supply chainrisksand implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and develop theFinished Goods Supply Planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate closely withDemand Planning, Production, Logistics, and Salesteams to align supply strategies with market needs Actively participate inSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)processes, providing insights and recommendations3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze keyKPIs,including service levels, inventory turns, and supply plan adherence Drive corrective actions to improveefficiency, service levels, and customer satisfaction Prepare and presentregular reportsto senior management on supply chain performance and risks4. Systems & Process Improvement UtilizeERP and planning systems(e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP) to manage supply chain operations Leadprocess improvement and automation initiativesto enhance responsiveness and accuracy Ensuredata integrity and accuracyacross supply chain systemsSupervision Manage up to3 direct reportsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree inSupply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experiencein supply chain management, preferably infinished goods planning or operations Provenleadership experience, managing teams and cross-functional initiatives Strong knowledge ofsupply chain principles, inventory management, and production planning Proficiency withERP systems(SAP) andadvanced Excel skills Proficient inSpanish and English. Excellentanalytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Experience inFMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related industries Familiarity withLean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Ability to perform effectively infast-paced, dynamic environments Strongstakeholder management and negotiation skills
