Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community.We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.ScopeCoordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.ResponsibilitiesContact with the dedicated customer for instructions / reminderProcessing of agent and early warning messages(network contact)Communicate information to customers and partners in parallelHandling of anomalies / disputesProposal for corrective and preventive measuresContact with the warehouse and other subcontractorsDuty to inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of goodsDuty to communicate the information of the files in charge to his hierarchical managerMonitoring the quality of service center services.Create SOP’s when require to support the offshoring process.Trouble shooting to proactively find suitable solutions in time and manner to the customer.Qualifications / Experience2-3 years of experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or Degree in LogisticsPreferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications. Good communication skills in English (B2 level mínimum)
