We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.
We are a Barcelona-based startup with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris Soon we will conquer some more cities across Europe.
Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, the next year will be a critical phase in our growth as we look to further build out our team and expand into multiple new markets. We have successfully raised a Series A investment round that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe.

Role |We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales B2B to join our team in our HQ, Barcelona.
You will take the business to the next level. Your focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.
You will negotiate and build strong relationships with large clients and partners, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry.
Responsibilities |- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
- Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Real estate and/or relocation sector experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
- Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus.
- Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and changes.
- Confident to work in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
