They’re passionate about climbing, skiing, and all things outdoors, constantly pushing for innovation and excellence.The culture is easy-going, open and collaborative, with a shared commitment to creating products that meet the demands of outdoor enthusiasts everywhere.Passion for the outdoors and sustainability are key values, ensuring that every product is crafted with care, precision, and respect for nature.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Paid Media Specialist, you will:Execute the global Paid Media strategy in collaboration with eCommerce, Integrated Marketing, and other Digital Marketing Channels to meet brand and commercial goals.Audit current account setups, implement best practices, and test innovative solutions to drive performance.Align with marketing and eCommerce roadmaps to generate growth, manage risks, and achieve traffic and revenue goals.Stay on the cutting edge of digital media trends and educate the organization on new insights.Analyze performance reports, generate insights, and create new dashboards as needed.Support ongoing projects like CDP integrations and platform testing.Partner with external agencies and align strategies with account managers from Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.Key RelationshipsIn this role, you’ll collaborate with:Digital Marketing Team: To plan and execute brand, campaign, and traffic initiatives.eCommerce Team: To align on goals and deliver traffic aligned with the commercial roadmap.Creative Team Agencies: To inform and adapt creative content such as images and copy.Product Teams: To ensure products align with consumer expectations across media channels.Skills ExperienceEssential QualificationsStrong passion for the outdoors and the outdoor industry.5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Google and Meta platforms; additional platforms are a plus.Expertise in data-driven and performance marketing, eCommerce, and digital media.Proficiency with paid media tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4.Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing optimization strategies.Proven ability to influence teams and stakeholders to align brand and commercial priorities.Proficiency in Excel.Ability to convey information efficiently and effectively in PowerPoint or presentation tools.Fluent English, written and oral.Desirable QualificationsExperience working with multiple brands or agencies.Knowledge of the outdoor industry.Experience with Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, and marketing attribution projects.Personal AttributesAnalytical, data-driven, and business-oriented.Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines.A strong team player with leadership abilities in strategy and budget management.Skilled in working constructively with external partners and vendors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
