At Schneider Electric, we are the leading digital partner in sustainability and efficiency for businesses, communities, and individuals.Descubra exactamente qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto antes de enviar su solicitud a continuación.Our goal is for all people to be able to make the most of our energy and resources through the integration of processes, software, big data, and energy technologies that enable integrated management of buildings, industries, and cities.We are present in over 110 countries with a diverse and disruptive team of over 150,000 people.If you are seeking an opportunity to propel your career and challenge your creativity, we want to meet youSchneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.We are looking for technically skilled and growth-oriented professionals to join our expanding Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team.This role is particularly suited for candidates with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, who are interested in transitioning and upskilling into CCH Tagetik through structured training and mentorship.What will you do?As part of a global EPM team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and data integration solutions across finance functions.This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong modeling, scripting, and integration capabilities, along with a collaborative mindset.This is a unique opportunity for TM1 professionals to broaden their EPM expertise by learning CCH Tagetik, a leading unified platform for financial performance management.You’ll be supported by a team of experts and provided with the resources to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Preferred Experience (TM1-Focused):Design and development of TM1/Planning Analytics models, including cubes, dimensions, rules, and processes.Experience with TurboIntegrator (TI) scripting for data loading, transformation, and automation.Building and maintaining complex TM1 reports and dashboards using PAW (Planning Analytics Workspace) or TM1 Web.Strong understanding of multi-dimensional modeling, hierarchies, and financial planning processes.Integration of TM1 with external data sources using REST APIs, ODBC, or flat files.Performance tuning and optimization of TM1 applications.Exposure to security configuration, user provisioning, and lifecycle management in TM1.Willingness to learn and contribute to CCH Tagetik implementations.Additional Technical Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, PBCS/EPBCS, Essbase (ASO/BSO), or Anaplan.ETL development using Data Management, ODI, or similar tools.Scripting knowledge: Groovy, MDX, SQL.Familiarity with EPM Automate, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.TM1/Planning Analytics certifications are highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work effectively in global teams and across time zones.Location: Barcelona (hybrid model).We offer relocation package to candidates from within EU.What will you get?
