Director, Consulting

The Director, Consulting – Value Engagement will lead Infor’s global Value Engagement program, driving measurable customer outcomes, accelerating opportunity generation, and standardizing delivery across all regions. This high-impact leadership role will own the Value Engagement framework, ensuring repeatability, scalability, and quality through standardized artifacts, reporting, and enablement. The Director will work cross-functionally with Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, and Regional teams to deliver consistent value engagements that directly influence revenue growth and customer satisfaction.A Day in The LikeDefine and own the global Value Engagement vision, framework, and delivery model.Lead a distributed team of Solution Architects (including low-cost Global Delivery Services hubs) and regional resources to execute engagements at scale.Establish and track KPIs for engagement quality, velocity, conversion, and ROI.Drive regional adoption and expansion of Value Engagements, including support for Latin America and other growth markets.Program Governance & ExecutionEnsure delivery of ≥ 50 Value Engagements in 2025 and 150+ annually from 2026, meeting opportunity generation and revenue targets.Oversee engagement scheduling, scoping, execution, and follow-up in alignment with playbooks and best practices.Maintain a robust pipeline in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.Monitor and report on performance, conversion rates, and financial impact to leadership.Create and maintain standardized artifacts, templates, and methodologies to ensure consistent engagement quality.Implement ROI tracking and reporting processes for transparency and continuous improvement.Lead enablement of Solution Architects, Sales, and Customer Success teams on the Value Engagement process.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with FP&A to align reporting, performance tracking, and economic impact.Coordinate with Velocity Suite and other strategic initiatives to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.Serve as the primary liaison to the Value Engagement Steering Committee.Launch new Value Engagement offerings and automation pilots.Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost per engagement and improve scalability.Leverage customer feedback and delivery metrics to refine the portfolio and delivery model.QualificationsProven leadership experience in consulting, value engineering, or customer success, with a track record of driving measurable business impact.Strong experience; advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.Strong understanding of enterprise software and business value realization methodologies.Experience building and leading distributed, cross-functional teams across geographies.Demonstrated ability to create and execute standardized frameworks for scalable program delivery.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.An English-fluent speaker and Spanish-fluent would be a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to lead a global program that directly drives revenue and customer satisfaction.Strategic role influencing Infor’s approach to customer value delivery across all regions.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Job Title: Director, Consulting – Value EngagementLocation: BarcelonaEmployment Type: Full‑TimeAbout Infor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
