If you are passionate about Agile practices, coaching high-performing teams, and enabling smooth delivery in complex environments, this role is for youQualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field (Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred).At least +5 years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile delivery, preferably in large-scale software development.Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner; SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SAFe.Familiarity with enterprise IT structures and software delivery processes.Skilled in leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and resolving impediments.Experienced working with cross-functional teams in scaled Agile environments.What You’ll Do:Serve as Scrum Master for several product teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.Support the Release Train Engineer during SAFe ceremonies and planning events (e.g., PI Planning, PI System Demo).Schedule and conduct Scrum meetings and ceremonies according to best practices.Identify and resolve cross-team impediments and blockers.Foster team collaboration, ensure commitment to sprint objectives, and address team needs.Coach teams in Agile mindset and practices, continuously improving delivery capabilities.Collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.Assist in program planning, ensuring cross-team dependencies are well-reflected.Track and analyze team metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Conditions:Modality: FULLREMOTE.Schedule: Flexible, Intensive workday on Fridays.Fluent English / Spanish (C1) Want to know more? xcskxlj Click here and find outSee what people say about us Glassdoor ReviewsFeel free to send us your profile, we are excited to meet you The employee will adhere to information security policies:-Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on.-Must comply with the security policies and internal policies of the company and the client.-Must sign an NDA.
