In 2024, the Group generated revenues of CHF 1.25 billion.Category & Master Data Specialist - ProcurementWe are seeking a new member to ensure the accurate management and continuous updating of procurement-related information, contracts, and accounts payable within ERP systems, contributing to efficient and error-free purchasing operations. This includes entering and maintaining contractual and commercial data in SAP, resolving price discrepancies and invoice issues, and supporting the administration of e-catalogues and supplier accounts.Your main responsibilities: Contracts: Legal Frame Contract, ERP Contract Management: input, confirmation, extension, closing. SAP data entry: information records, order books, quotations, etc. Accounts Payables: Price Resolution & Other invoice issues. Supplier Accounts Payables. Quality Notifications: resolve with suppliers. Fresh Fruit campaigns management. Material Master Data. Business Partner Master Data. Change requests. External Data (Mass Balance, Portals, Intrastat). CoC Monitoring and Gathering. Spend Categorization (SIEVO). SAP Approval Matrix with PHI Expert. AOB related with the above.Skills and competencies:Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar. Advanced level of English and Spanish. Proficient in handling Software Tools: SAP + MS Office. P2P process knowledge.Competences: Strong Communication Skills: Foster open communication between stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on goals. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and ensure service quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and align category strategies with overall business objectives. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance processes and drive efficiency. Training and Development: Invest in ongoing training for master data stewards to keep updated on processes, negotiation techniques, and best practices.
