We’re hiringJoin our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support)based at our client's site.We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solid networking and infrastructuresupport skills who can provide top-notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands supportfor on-site and remote issues.What you'll do: Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk-in Tech Hubs, on-site visits, or remote tools Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Support networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks Handle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/software Collaborate with support centers and maintain accurate Service Now records
