Administrative Assistant for Accounting Department at REMS
We are a leading real estate company specializing in design reforms and the management of properties for holiday rentals. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Accounting Department and assist with various administrative and human resource tasks.
Job Type: Full-time / Possible part-time starting from 25h/week.
Languages Required: Spanish and English
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Help prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.
- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Relevant educational background in administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
