Si te motiva el reto de liderar productos de Inteligencia Artificial que transformen la forma de trabajar de miles de personas, sigue leyendoMisión:Buscamos un/a Product Owner especializado/a en Inteligencia Artificial (GenAI) que quiera ser protagonista en la evolución digital de una gran compañía internacional. Tu misión será dar forma a la visión y estrategia de soluciones basadas en IA, colaborando con equipos de innovación, data scientists, ingenieros y partners externos. Serás el punto de unión entre negocio y tecnología, traduciendo ideas en productos reales, gestionando el backlog y asegurando que cada entrega aporte valor tangible a los usuarios y al negocio.Tu día a día:Colaborar con el departamento de innovación y equipos técnicos para definir la visión y el roadmap de producto. Priorizar y gestionar el backlog, asegurando la correcta alineación con los objetivos del programa de transformación. Participar en la definición de casos de uso de GenAI y su integración en los sistemas corporativos. Traducir necesidades del negocio en historias de usuario claras y accionables. Acompañar la medición de resultados mediante KPIs y métricas de adopción y rendimiento. Promover una visión user-centric, asegurando que la IA realmente mejora la experiencia de las personas. Impulsar la documentación, la estrategia de código compartido y la formación interna sobre los productos desarrollados.Buscamos a alguien que…Tenga experiencia sólida como Product Owner o Product Manager, idealmente en entornos AI, tech o insurance. Haya trabajado en grandes corporaciones o proyectos internacionales. Posea background técnico y capacidad para dialogar con equipos de ingeniería y data science. Conozca las tecnologías de IA generativa y sepa cómo integrarlas en soluciones reales. Sea un/a excelente comunicador/a en inglés (C1 o más). Trabaje bien en entornos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).Ofrecemos:Proyecto internacional e innovador en el área de AI & Business Transformation. Contrato indefinido y estable.
