En Hoop Carpool tienen el foco puesto en mejorar el mundo en el que vivimos. Han creado una App donde las personas pueden compartir viajes, reducir el número de coches en circulación y, por supuesto, la huella de carbono.

Como Junior Backend Developer en Hoop Carpool, te encargarás de ayudar en el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades para la app, manteniendo una comunicación continua con tu buddy para más adelante, tomar decisiones sobre el roadmap y el detalle de nuevas funcionalidades.

En tu día a día, tendrás la responsabilidad de ayudar en la ejecución del Backend. Además, tendrás la posibilidad de seguir creciendo con ellos a nivel técnico, ya que la empresa tiene planificado su crecimiento en 2024. Es un equipo unido, lleno de energía y que aprende diariamente para hacer de su producto cada vez mejor : )

Responsabilidades:
  1. Desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades del backend.
  2. Mantenimiento, corrección de errores y modificaciones del backend.
  3. Escribir documentación sobre funcionalidades, diseños técnicos y corrección de errores del Backend.
  4. Participación en la toma de decisiones con el equipo sobre el diseño técnico de nuevas funcionalidades.
  5. Testing, validación y pruebas de las funcionalidades desarrolladas.

En Hoop Carpool les gusta hacer las cosas bien. Su organización del equipo es flexible, pero siguen unas bases comunes que consideran importantes. Valoran el código sostenible, con buena documentación y arquitecturas limpias y desacopladas de la infraestructura.

Trabajan con un enfoque Lean Thinking, evitando la sobre ingeniería que dificulte el posterior mantenimiento del sistema. Aunque no exigen una métrica de tests, consideran importante que el "core" de las aplicaciones esté soportado por unos buenos tests.

Además, valoran mucho lo humano, por lo que buscan personas que compartan sus valores de compañerismo, comunicación y respeto mutuo.

El horario que suele hacer el equipo es de 9:00 a 18:30h de lunes a jueves, con tiempo para comer, y los viernes jornada continua de 9:00 a 15:00h. Cada uno es libre de modificar este horario según sus necesidades : )
