LatamCent.com is looking for a Contracts Analyst / Legal Consultant to manage and oversee contracts and legal documents for our staffing and recruiting operations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regional and international laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Advise on legal issues related to contracts and agreements.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in contract law, particularly within Latin America and the U.S.
  2. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
  5. 12-24 hour turnaround; though you can choose your hours, it's important to maintain speed and efficiency.

What's in it for you:

  1. Hourly rate: $10-$15, based on experience.
