If you are ready to excel in the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to support company strategy and operations.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all financial transactions and reporting.
- Develop and monitor budgets, and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, and implement recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage financial risks through effective assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- English - B2 level
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and precision.
