Desde Antal International buscamos un/a Senior Financial Controller para incorporarse a una compañía del sector moda en plena fase de crecimiento y consolidación, con una estructura ágil y mentalidad startup.La persona seleccionada reportará directamente al CFO y actuará como partner financiero del negocio, conectando la estrategia financiera con la operativa y el crecimiento de la compañía.Misión del puestoSer el nexo entre finanzas y negocio, aportando visión analítica, control financiero y soporte a la toma de decisiones estratégicas en un entorno dinámico y en evolución.Principales responsabilidadesControl financiero y performance- Seguimiento y análisis de resultados vs presupuesto y forecast. - Análisis de desviaciones y elaboración de recomendaciones accionables. - Definición y seguimiento de KPIs financieros y de negocio. - Apoyo al CFO en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Budgeting & Forecasting- Liderar el proceso de presupuestación y previsión financiera. - Coordinación con las distintas áreas del negocio (retail, operaciones, marketing, producto). - Desarrollo de modelos financieros para escenarios de crecimiento.Reporting y herramientas- Elaboración de reporting financiero y dashboards para dirección. - Mejora continua de los modelos de análisis y reporting. - Trabajo intensivo con Excel y herramientas de BI.Procesos y control- Supervisión de procesos financieros clave (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay). - Control de stock y análisis de impacto financiero (rotación, obsolescencia, márgenes). - Garantizar la fiabilidad de la información financiera en el ERP.Compliance- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativa contable (GAAP/IFRS). - Coordinación con asesores externos en materia fiscal y contable. - Refuerzo de controles internos y buenas prácticas financieras.Perfil buscado- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de Financial Controlling, FP&A o Finance Business Partner. - Se valorará experiencia previa en Big4 (auditoría o consultoría financiera). - Posterior experiencia en startup o compañía de moda/retail, con estructuras ágiles y en crecimiento. - Formación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Finanzas o similar. - Alto dominio de Excel y herramientas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Looker o similares). - Perfil analítico, orientado a negocio y con capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal.Qué se ofrece- Incorporación a una importante compañía del sector moda en crecimiento. - Rol estratégico, con alta visibilidad y cercanía al CFO. - Entorno dinámico, con mentalidad startup y alto impacto en el negocio. - Contrato indefinido. - Paquete retributivo competitivo acorde a la experiencia.
