We are looking for a passionate Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona and contribute to the success of Google Ads campaigns for our Dutch-speaking clients.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Campaign Specialist , you will assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for Dutch-speaking clients. You will work closely with the team to develop strategies that improve performance, drive engagement, and meet the clients’ business objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in digital marketing, particularly within the Google Ads ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across different networks (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.) for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Support in developing digital marketing strategies to achieve clients' performance goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and assist with audience targeting for effective campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and gain knowledge of advanced strategies.
  • Stay informed about new trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level) and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge or interest in Google Ads and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to build a career in digital marketing, particularly in Google Ads.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with occasional on-site presence in Barcelona.
