Design Release Engineer - Fase Industrialización - Interior Trim o Exterior Trim (DRE-3)¿Listo para inscribirse? Antes de hacerlo, asegúrese de leer todos los detalles pertenecientes a este trabajo en la descripción a continuación.Misión principalResponsable técnico de un conjunto de componentes en fase de industrialización, desde cierre de diseño hasta SOP y soporte inicial de serie. Asegurar cumplimiento de objetivos de calidad, coste, timing, peso y normativa mediante liberación técnica, validación y colaboración con proveedores/planta.Responsabilidades claveLiberación y gestión de geometrías CAD en Teamcenter o PLM con CATIA V5/V6 o NX: revisión de paquetes completos, tolerancias GD&T, stack-ups y documentación de serie (sin diseño conceptual).Gestión de cambios de ingeniería (CN/ECN/ECO) en PLM, actualización de BOM y workflows de aprobación para proveedores y planta. Coordinación PPAP/APQP: revisión y aprobación de planes de control, capacidades, DVP&R e informes de validación de proveedores.Soporte a fabricación: resolución de issues en builds piloto, try-outs, ramp-up y línea (DFM/DFA, ergonomía, scrap).Seguimiento de validación final: cierre DFMEA, test de robustez/durabilidad y acciones correctivas (8D, Red-X).Interfaz con stakeholdersProveedores: factibilidad tooling, madurez pieza y plazos interior Trim o Exterior TrimPlanta/Calidad: no-conformidades, PQRS y capacidad producción.Equipos internos: Manufacturing, CAE/Test, Program Management para hitos (tooling freeze, SOP). RequisitosIngeniería Mecánica/Automoción + 3-5 años en automoción (DRE o similar).Teamcenter PLM (prioritario) + CATIA V5/V6 o NX (liberación/verificación, no diseño).Conocimientos: ANPQP, DFMEA, PPAP, 8D.Idiomas: Español/Inglés (francés valorado).Soft skills: gestión proyecto, comunicación proveedores, resolución problemas.Herramientas clavePLM: Teamcenter (liberación, BOM, cambios). xcskxlj CAD: CATIA/NX (verificación industrial).Otras: SIGAPP/DEVIN, Vis Pro, Excel avanzado
