Position Description

El objetivo es dar soporte al equipo de ingeniería de Guadalajara para la elaboración de documentaciones para productos nuevos y existentes, manteniendo al mismo tiempo nuestra reconocida confiabilidad y rendimiento.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprensión de planos y de listas de materiales.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los ingenieros de Guadalajara y los ingenieros de diseños de las diferentes plantas para analizar nuevos prototipos con el fin de garantizar que exista una relación eficiente entre el diseño y el proceso de producción de la planta de Guadalajara.
  • Elaboración de documentación (listas de materiales, hojas de rutas, tiempos) para dar soporte al departamento.

Otros aspectos que se incluyen en las funciones del puesto serán dar soporte a nuestro departamento de producción con las documentaciones y planos de fabricación / montaje recibidos de los diferentes departamentos de diseño entre los que se incluyen:

  • Generar y distribuir planos / listas de materiales (BOM).
  • Emitir y distribuir planos e información de montaje.
  • Trabajar con el departamento de compras creando códigos de componentes.
  • Dar soporte a los ingenieros en el proceso de transferencia de información para la documentación y fabricación de unidades.
Required Education & Qualifications

Formación y experiencia:

  • Formación profesional en diseño de fabricación mecánica, desarrollo de proyectos mecánicos o equivalente.
  • Conocimiento de software CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge).
  • Conocimientos de procesos de fabricación mecánica.
  • Comprensión teórica de planos y listas de materiales.
  • Experiencia con el software MS Office.
  • Nivel B2 de inglés.

Habilidades deseadas:

  • Experiencia trabajando con ERP (Baan, SAP).
  • Experiencia en procesos de mejora continua.
