Job LocationMadrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Position: Corporate Legal OfficerJob DescriptionDraft, manage and process all corporate documentation for the relevant structures. Prepare, monitor, manage and process the group’s power of attorney structure and manage structural changes. Follow‑up, organize and process documentation before public and private bodies, commercial registries, notaries and other entities. Draft and negotiate documents in Spanish and in English; excellent English required. Take on additional administrative tasks as required by managers or clients. QualificationsUniversity degree in Law (Spain). 2‑3 years relevant experience in Corporate Law. Advanced English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written. Strong organization, client relationship building, initiative and proactive mindset. OfferPermanent contract in Madrid. Fixed salary plus variable compensation.
