Desarrollar e implementar tecnología de producción, aplicando principiosLeany mejora continua. Optimizar el diseño higiénico y la ergonomía en equipos de producción. Identificar y negociar con proveedores estratégicos de equipos y servicios. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares en entornos internacionales y matriciales. Garantizar estándares de calidad, seguridad y trazabilidad en todas las fases del proyecto.Requisitos Formación:Ingeniería, Química o similar (Máster valorable). Idiomas:Español e inglés. Experiencia:+5 años en planta farmacéutica (preferible sólidos/semisólidos). Disponibilidad:Viajes ocasionales.¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido.
