Job Title: Servicio Cybeer run IAM/ Technical SupportLocation: Madrid (Hybrid)Duration: PermanentLanguage Requirement: English (C1 level)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Consultant to support the evolution of technical solutions within the IT Operations environment. The consultant will manage identity and access across Microsoft 365, On-Prem, and Azure AD environments, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Management:Manage user and group additions, removals, and modifications in Microsoft 365, On-Prem, and Azure AD.Administer roles and permissions in Azure AD.Monitor identity synchronization and maintain MFA systems.Automation & Documentation:Review and optimize automated workflows.Automate tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate.Create and maintain technical documentation.Monitoring & Reporting:Log and monitor access activities.Diagnose and resolve incidents related to users, access, and groups.Generate reports in Power BI for internal and external audits.Collaboration & Support:Work closely with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Provide training and guidance to clients on new technologies and applications.Proactive & Security Compliance:Alert management to potential system or service issues.Follow company procedures and security policies to ensure service quality.Skills & QualificationsExperience:Minimum 3–6 years in IT support, with at least 5 years focused on IAM and VIP/executive support.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID, PowerShell, and Power Automate.Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Remedy).Ability to analyze, document, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
