The organization is known for its agile approach and its commitment to delivering innovative healthcare solutions through expert leadership and strategic growth.Job description: As the Corporate Head of Medical Affairs, you will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer. Your primary mission will be to develop and implement global medical plans aligned with the corporate strategy, ensuring scientific excellence and maximizing the potential of the company’s brand portfolio.Major Accountabilities:Medical Strategy:Develop and implement the global medical brand strategy and tactical plans for corporate products.R&D Collaboration:Provide medical evaluations for new opportunities, including in‑licensing, acquisitions, and internal R&D projects.KOL Engagement:Map and establish strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through advisory boards and expert meetings.Scientific Communication:Ensure scientific integrity and medical accuracy in all corporate communications and publications.Team Leadership:Lead and empower a team of 3–4 direct reports and 3 indirect associates.Training Oversight:Supervise medical training for both internal teams (MSLs and commercial) and external educational initiatives (CME).Experience 5 to 10 years of experience as a Medical Affairs Advisor or Medical Science Liaison (MSL).Ideal Experience: 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs leadership roles within specialized therapeutic areas.Education Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Biology. Preferred: A Degree in Medicine (MD) is highly desirable.Languages Full fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish or German.Competences Strategic leadership, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Strong networking and communication abilities (internal and external).
