About the roleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in helping Genesy scale from 50 to 100+ team members while increasing our talent density. This role exists to execute and scale a high-quality, high-integrity hiring engine. As a founding member of the People team, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers across the company to define hiring needs, challenge assumptions, design strong processes, and ultimately hire people who raise the bar. You will not just run processes, you will shape how hiring works at Genesy, ensuring we move fast without compromising quality, candidate experience, or culture. Genesy uses Greenhouse as ATS and Genesy Product as probably the best candidate sourcing tool in the market; it will give you superpowersResponsibilitiesScale without lowering the bar: manage multiple searches in parallel while maintaining a consistently high talent bar. This requires balancing speed and quality, building strong inbound and outbound pipelines, and knowing when to push back if the right hire is not there yet. Enable and challenge Hiring Managers: work with Hiring Managers with varying levels of hiring experience. Be a trusted partner — coaching when needed, challenging decisions when necessary, and helping them solve business problems through hiring the right talent. Build systems, processes, and trust that scale: own the operational backbone of hiring — ATS hygiene, sourcing tools, data quality, and process adherence. Ensure every candidate has a clear, respectful, and human experience, regardless of the outcome.About youAt least 1 year recruiting in high-growth environments: you have hired for multiple roles in scaling companies and understand where top talent lives, how to reach it, and how to assess quality beyond CVs and keywords. Ability to partner, influence and push back: you are not an order-taker. You can advise, coach, and challenge Hiring Managers while building strong, trust-based relationships.
