We are currently seeking aSenior MEP Supervisorto join our team inAlgeria. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within large-scale construction and industrial projects.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on-site to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and design documents. Monitor subcontractors’ performance, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure all works comply with safety standards and local/international building codes. Conduct inspections and testing of installations before commissioning. Support procurement teams in the selection of MEP materials and equipment. Prepare regular progress and compliance reports.ACADEMIC BACKGROUND Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.LANGUAGES Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic or French will be considered an asset. Spanish will be valued.EXPERIENCE Minimum10 years of experiencein MEP supervision within large-scale construction or industrial projects. Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems installation and commissioning. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
