Data Analyst Intern

With a community of 250+ analysts worldwide, we've built a company-wide coordination team to manage analytical expertise, define usage policies, and align teams across regions. Our mission is to ensure that data is used effectively, sustainably, and collaboratively. As a Data Analyst Intern focused on Tableau, you'll play a key role in building dashboards that drive operational excellence. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design visualizations that uncover insights, track performance, and support decision-making at scale. During your internship, you'll: Design impactful dashboards: Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that monitor KPIs and operational metrics across global teams.Tell stories with data: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visual insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.Champion data quality: Learn how to identify and fix data issues, and help define standards for excellence.Optimize data sources: Use SQL to extract, clean, and prepare data for visualization and reporting.Automate reporting: Support automation efforts using Python to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Grow with mentorship: Receive mentorship from experienced analysts and engineers, and grow your skills in Tableau, SQL, and Python.Leverage LLMs: Develop the skill of writing effective prompts to boost your productivity or improve your code using LLMs like Copilot.Who You Are:You're curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. You don't need to tick every box, but you should be: Interested in data analytics, business intelligence and data visualization0-2 years of experience in data analysis or delivering business insightsProficient in Tableau or similar BI toolsComfortable with SQL for data manipulationFamiliar with Python or another programming language (a plus)A structured thinker with attention to detail and eager to ensure data accuracyAble to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiencesA team player who values collaboration and feedbackFluent in EnglishWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
