Para puesto de administrativo/a en Xirivella, se busca una persona con experiencia para trabajar en un centro de control. Las tareas principales incluyen atender a clientes y proveedores, coordinar al equipo técnico, y gestionar presupuestos, pedidos, partes de trabajo y facturas. También se encargará de la atención telefónica, por WhatsApp y correo electrónico, abriendo avisos, filtrando urgencias y haciendo seguimiento de las intervenciones.
Se espera la planificación diaria de trabajos, asignando tareas, rutas y tiempos a los técnicos, además de confirmar citas con los clientes. En cuanto a presupuestos y facturación, se requerirá su elaboración, envío, cierre y gestión de cobros. También se ocupará de las compras y el control de stock, y dará soporte en temas de contabilidad, calidad y postventa.
Se exige una experiencia mínima de 5 años como administrativo/a, un buen manejo de Excel, y habilidades destacadas para la comunicación escrita y telefónica. Se valora el orden, el rigor documental y la rapidez para priorizar tareas urgentes. Se tendrá en cuenta el conocimiento básico de cerrajería, nociones de SEO local o Google Business Profile, y la posesión del carnet de conducir B. Se ofrece un contrato estable con posibilidad de indefinido tras un periodo de prueba. El horario es de lunes a jueves, con jornada partida, y los viernes con jornada continua.
