Business Analyst MUREX

From Grupo Digital we are looking for a Business Analyst MUREX for a stable project.

Job Responsibilities / Role

As a Murex Support Functional Specialist, you will work in agile/not agile frameworks as part of a Support team, providing users with solutions to any issues that may arise, helping them to get the best from Murex to facilitate business objectives.

We need somebody to help us in different fronts:

  1. Strongly serving and supporting the client and Development Team in their quest to delight the customer.
  2. Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination.
  3. Following with different teams the development and test evolution.
  4. Available for periodic on-duty support.
  5. Removing impediments/risks.
  6. Active participation to remove impediments or finding the right personnel to remove the risks.
  7. Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.
  8. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  9. Contribution of possible solutions with internal and external communication improving transparency and radiating information.

Madrid, Full remote

Salary

To be negotiated based on experience.

Minimum Requirements
  1. 4 years of experience as Murex Business/Functional Analyst to work in PostTrade tribe following agile methodology.
  2. Understanding of financial products life cycle.
  3. Strong communication skills with Front office, Risks, and IT teams.
  4. Resolution oriented, with the ability to analyze, recognize, document, and prevent issues related to Murex and integration with surrounding systems.
  5. High level of English.
