At LHH, we are partnering with a leading multinational company in its sector to find a Senior R2R Manager to lead the global finance area from Madrid. This person will be key in process development, definition, and automation.Reporting to the Global CFO in Europe, you will be Leading and developing the local accounting and reporting team in an international, high-growth environment. Overseeing and coordinating the entire Record to Report cycle: journal entries, adjustments, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, month-end and year-end closes, and reporting. Ensuring compliance with international and local regulations, collaborating with internal and external auditors. Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of financial services. Identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization (ERP, RPA, PowerBI) to optimize processes. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. Experience leading R2R processes and/or general accounting in multinational environments. Advanced English; other languages are a plus. Participation in a strategic, high-growth project within a leading company. Professional development and growth in an international environment.
