WE ARE HIRINGLooking for experienced Data Security Engineers – IBM Guardium to join an international cybersecurity project within the financial sectorPrimero quién?Data Security Engineer – IBM Guardium (5+ años de experiencia)Inicio: ASAPUbicación: Madrid (híbrido)Idiomas: Inglés fluido (oral y escrito) y españolContextoFormarás parte de un equipo internacional encargado de diseñar, desplegar y optimizar la arquitectura de soluciones de seguridad de datos en entornos críticos, cubriendo todo el ciclo de vida: despliegue de IBM Guardium, integración con SIEM, automatización, monitoreo, gestión de riesgos y transferencia de conocimientos a los equipos internos de TI.Trabajarás con tecnologías como IBM Guardium, Elastic Stack y PowerShell/Python para garantizar la seguridad, trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo de las bases de datos del grupo (Oracle, SQL Server, Windows Server, Linux RHEL, AIX), contribuyendo a la evolución y mejora continua de la plataforma.• Evaluar los requisitos funcionales y definir la configuración técnica del producto según las especificaciones.• Implementar soluciones técnicas adaptadas a las necesidades del negocio.• Realizar fases de prueba, aprobación y documentación técnica.• Capacitar a los equipos de TI en operación, riesgos y seguridad.• Identificar e implementar estándares, herramientas y procedimientos de calidad y seguridad.• Brindar soporte técnico para la operación diaria.• Redactar documentación técnica (especificaciones, diseños, KPIs).• Liderar y/o participar en la evolución de la plataforma.• Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a nuevas versiones y proponer mejoras.Entorno técnico✅ IBM Guardium (despliegue, diseño de políticas)✅ Sistemas operativos: Windows Server, Linux RHEL, AIX✅ Automatización/Scripting: PowerShell, Python✅ Bases de datos: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server✅ SIEM / Log Analysis: Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)Soft SkillsPensamiento crítico y analíticoTrabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva⚙️ Autonomía y gestión del cambioExperiencia en gestión de proyectos✨ En Extia creemos en “Primero quien, luego que”.Aunque no cumplas el 100% de los requisitos, si te motiva el ámbito de la ciberseguridad y la protección de datos, queremos conocertecperello@extia.es+34 675 088 701
