Este internship te permitirá sumergirte en el mundo del marketing y las ventas B2 B, con foco en market research, datos y herramientas digitales.Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender de primera mano cómo la IA está revolucionando el entorno comercial, colaborando con equipos de ventas y marketing en proyectos reales.Responsabilidades:Identificar empresas y leads target dentro de sectores con alto volumen de interacción digital (correo, llamadas, Linked In, Whats App). Analizar mercados, bases de datos y tendencias para detectar oportunidades de negocio. Segmentar y enriquecer información en herramientas CRM o de automatización. El candidato ideal:Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, o carreras afines. Experiencia previa o interés en tecnología, software B2 B o herramientas CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics...). Familiaridad con herramientas de análisis, bases de datos o automatización (Excel avanzado, Notion, Airtable, Chat GPT, etc.). Alta capacidad de aprendizaje en entornos digitales (del 1 al 10, queremos un 8 o más en curiosidad tech). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, actitud proactiva y mentalidad de equipo. Duración y Horario: La duración del internship es flexible y se discutirá con el candidato. Se espera disponibilidad para trabajar al menos 20 horas por semana, con la posibilidad de aumentar horas según el rendimiento y necesidades del equipo. Compensación: Entre 300 y 500 euros mensuales, en función del candidato y del convenio. Ubicación: Nuestra oficina está ubicada en Barcelona. Preferimos que el intern trabaje de manera presencial para fomentar la colaboración y el aprendizaje, aunque también ofrecemos un modelo híbrido de trabajo. Fecha de Inicio: Esperamos que el intern comience cuanto antes.
