Talent Acquisition Partner & RRHH Con Un Equipo De 50 Personas En Madrid y Valencia, Actualmente Estamos Desarrollando Nuestra Presencia En España, y Estamos Buscando Un@ Talent Acquisition Partner & RRHH En MadridResponsabilidadesIdentificar y comprender las necesidades para elaborar las descripciones de puesto.Implementar una estrategia de búsqueda adaptada a los perfiles requeridos: headhunting, publicación de ofertas, recomendación interna, colaboración con escuelas u otros canales que consideres relevantesEvaluar y cualificar a los candidatos.Realizar las entrevistas de RR.
