We help companies work better by offering outstanding services and conditions through Atlassian products, combined with ITSM/ITIL, Agile, SAFe and DevOps practices.In other words, we’re not just another company.We’re proud to have been thefirst Atlassian partner in Spain , and ever since, we’ve been growing and improving every day— working with national and international B2B clients across all industries.And now, we’re looking for someone like you: energetic, thoughtful, and ready to make an impact.WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKEAs our Marketing Specialist, your weeks will be packed with action:You’ll plan and publish content on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram.You’ll write one blog post per week—aligned with Deiser’s strategy, never just filler.You’ll coordinate the creation of monthly success stories (yes,La Deiserteca ).You’ll design and execute marketing campaigns (email, events, content).You’ll produce webinars—from concept to post-production.You’ll organize Deiser’s own events (online and in person).You’ll edit and bring talks and video content to life.You’ll coordinate video podcasts like “System of News” and “Deiserverso.”You’ll work closely with Atlassian and internal teams.You’ll measure performance—and improve it.ABOUT YOUYou live in Madrid : although we work remotely, we’ll occasionally need you onsite — usually every couple of weeks, sometimes weekly — tojoin video shoots, attend events or help prepare welcome packsat our Cibeles office. It’s not fixed or frequent, just when needed.You’ve got3 to 6 years of experience in B2B marketing roles : campaigns, content, inbound, events, etc.You’ve actually worked (not just studied) on social media like LinkedIn or X, long-form content, and webinar planning.You’re familiar with tools like HubSpot, Jasper, ChatGPT, Jira… and love exploring more.You think B2B, business, and results. And you’re naturally curious about AI, tech, and new ways to do marketing.You’re highly organized, proactive, and bring a strong sense of ownership.YourSpanish is C2 , and yourEnglish is at least C1.You write clearly and with purpose, edit basic video/audio, and manage multichannel editorial calendars.Bonus points if you have official certifications in HubSpot, Jira, Rovo, or AI applied to marketing.WHAT WE OFFERWe’ll show you why choosing us is a no-brainer .Remote-first (Madrid-based) : You’ll work remotely most of the time, but we’ll need you occasionally on site.Flexible schedule : Monday–Thursday: 8.5h/day.
