Mucha suerteLearn more at At Gi Group , we are looking for a WorkLoad Administrator for our client Agilent , a leading company in instruments, services, and solutions for life sciences, diagnostics, and applied markets. A professional level of English (minimum C1) and a second language (such as Italian, French, etc.) is essential. We offer a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension, working in a hybrid mode at the WTC office in Barcelona, Spain. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between clients and technicians to coordinate the resolution of equipment issues across Europe. Create documentation for internal support or external clients. Manage calls and inquiries from clients. Assist with office automation tasks and provide support to remote teams. Ensure smooth and effective communication with internal and external divisions. Minimum requirements: Professional level of English (minimum C1) and a second language (Italian, French, etc.). Higher education in Administration or related fields. No previous experience required, although knowledge of the sector will be valued. Additional details: Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid work model). Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours per week). Contract: Temporary through Gi Group (ETT). Start date: As soon as possible.
