Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest levelAssist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team membersPerform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reportingBe available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays3+ years full time experience in store management level~ Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills~ Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience~ Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets~ Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting~ Effective time management and task prioritization abilities~ Knowledge of visual merchandising techniquesFamiliarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID)
