Buscamos un/a AI/ML Engineer, apasionado/a por la inteligencia artificial para diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar modelos de machine learning y agentes que tengan impacto real para transformar el día a día de nuestros clientes.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú, con formación, interés y experiencia, que quiera crecer profesionalmente en un entorno tecnológico en expansión con buen ambiente, dinámico y profesional.
¿Qué harás?
Tu misión principal será el diseño, desarrollo, mantenimiento y escalado de soluciones de IA (ML/DL/agentes) con especial foco en la creación de pipelines robustos, automatizados y escalables, alineados con los objetivos de negocio. Integración de agentes de IA con herramientas externas, APIs, bases de datos y sistemas internos. Monitorización del rendimiento, model drift y calidad de los modelos. Colaboración en la definición de arquitecturas y casos de uso basados en IA. Participación activa en proyectos de desarrollo web, escritorio, aplicaciones móviles, APIs y Servicios.
Te integrarás en el equipo de desarrollo, colaborando de forma transversal con otros perfiles tecnológicos.

Tienes un grado en ingeniería informática o telecomunicaciones, experiencia práctica con LLMs (Azure Open AI, Anthropic, etc), experiencia en prompt engineering avanzado, conocimientos en Machine Learning y/o Deep Learning, experiencia en el diseño e integración de soluciones de IA en entornos productivos, conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo de software backend y frontend y experiencia demostrable en lenguajes de programación modernos como C#, Java, Python, PHP, Java Script/Type Script, Go, u otros equivalentes.
Se valorará positivamente: Máster en IA, ML, Data Science o MLOps, experiencia en agentes de IA autónomos o multi-agente, uso de tool calling, function calling y retrieval (Rag) y empleo de Docker y CI/CD. Inglés profesional.

Horario de Lunes a Jueves de 09:00 a 17:30 y jornada intensiva los viernes de 08:00 a 15:00. Horario de verano de 08:00 a 15:00 durante los meses de Junio, Julio, Agosto y Septiembre.
Formación y acompañamiento desde el inicio. Ambiente joven, dinámico y profesional.
La retribución se pactará individualmente según idoneidad del perfil al puesto ofertado. Incorporación inmediata.
